Jungkook, a member of the BTS (BTS), is building a five-story mansion in Itaewon, a media outlet reported.

According to a report on the 4th, Jungkook is demolishing a detached house purchased for 7.63 billion won in 2020 and building a large house with two basement floors and three ground floors. This detached house has a total floor area of 1161.04㎡ (351 pyeong), a land area of 633.05㎡ (191 pyeong), and a building area of 348.05㎡ (105 pyeong). It is a typical place for Baesanimsu, where Namsan Mountain is located in the north and the Han River is located in the south.

It is highly preferred among the rich due to its excellent location conditions. In Itaewon-dong and Hannam-dong, five detached houses and offices of the late Samsung Group Chairman Lee Kun-hee were located, and Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong and Samsung Welfare Foundation Chairman Lee Seo-hyun lived there. There are also mansions of SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won, Shinsegae Group Chairman Lee Myung-hee, Nongshim Group Chairman Shin Dong-won, DB Group founder Kim Joon-ki, Hyundai Motor Chairman Chung Eui-sun and Kumho Petrochemical Chairman Park Chan-koo.
